DOVER, Del. – Senior outside hitter Tionne Graves-Brown and freshman goalkeeper Krista Salvadore were named Wesley Wolverines of the Week for the week of Sept. 4 – Sept. 10.

Graves-Brown was named to the All-Tournament Team this past weekend at Catholic University of America's Guetle Invitational. In Wesley's four wins, she notched 48 digs, 46 kills, eight blocks and four double-doubles.  She also became Wesley's all-time kills leader breaking Lilia Brekke's previous mark of 769.

Salvadore helped lead the Wolverines to back-to-back victories this past week. On Wednesday against Immaculata, she stopped all 11 shots that came her way en route to a 1-0 shutout victory over the Mighty Macs. This past Saturday against Rosemont, the freshman goalkeeper stopped six of the eight shots she faced. Salvadore would have a shining moment late in the first half as Victoria Kasper of Rosemont would step up for a penalty kick only to be denied by a diving stop by Salvadore.

The Wesley women's soccer team will be back in action this Tuesday, Sept. 12 as they travel to Baltimore to take on the Goucher Gophers at 7 p.m.

The Wesley women's volleyball team will host the Widener University Pride on Wednesday, Sept. 13 at 7 p.m.
