FCA is a nationwide non denominational ministry. FCA's Vision is to see the world impacted for Jesus Christ through the influence of athletes and coaches. It is our goal to establish an environment where developing the total person, not just the total player, is a priority. The success of Wesley athletics is determined by more than wins and losses.

The College is committed to graduation rates of the players, personal development, the integrity of the programs, and now through FCA offers spiritual development. Through this relationship, we hope athletes pursue sports ministry as a calling after graduation while under grads can intern and serve at summer sports camps.

We are committed to positively influencing athletes and coaches. We want to offer both an opportunity to grow "below the waterline" setting a foundation for life while serving them when needs arise. You cannot demand respect from players and coaches, their respect and the right to be heard is earned through serving them.

Coach Chambers encourages Wesley athletes to set the standard for their peers by embracing Colossians 3:23, "Whatever you do work at it with all your heart." Coach states, "FCA's success is not determined by wins and losses; our success is determined by the people of character athletes become."

Coach Chambers serves as a Character and Spiritual Coach with Wesley Football, Baseball and Lacrosse. Randy is also the Area Director for the states of Delaware, Maryland Eastern Shore and three counties in Virginia (www.delmarvafca.org). Coach Chambers and a small group of qualified volunteers are available to serve all Wesley teams and athletes. To learn more about FCA, Randy can be reached at rchambers@fca.org and 302-222-9397.
