How do I place an order?
Once you find a photo you wish to purchase, click on it and then click on “Buy This Photo Now” at the bottom right corner of the photo. You will then be asked to choose your style, print, framed, canvas, mousepad. Once chosen, the photo(s) will be added to your cart. You may then continue shopping or “Proceed to Checkout”. If proceeding to checkout, you will need to provide shipping address, credit card, and other information.
How do I cancel or change an order?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel or change an order. Be sure to include the order # in the email.
Why can’t I choose my size?
If the size frame/style you wish to order is not listed in the options, that particular size frame/style is not available.
Why can’t I find a photo?
If the photo is not posted on the site, or is not marked to “Buy Now” it is not available. New photos are regularly added to the site so please check back often.
Shipping is calculated before you make your final purchase and is based on items and location. For orders outside the United States, please email email@example.com to request a shipping rate.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed with usually take 1-2 business days to pick and pack for shipment. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of certain holidays. Once the order has been picked and packed, it will be sent via standard delivery.
Can I ship to multiple locations?
If you wish to ship to more than one location, you will need to place an order for each individual shipping address. It is not possible at this time to input more than one shipping address per order.
What kind of packaging do you use?
We assure you that we take the most careful approach to make sure your items arrive undamaged when shipped from our warehouse.
What is the return policy?
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it within ten (10) days for a full refund, replacement or exchange. To help us rapidly process your request, please return a copy of your receipt with the merchandise. We recommend that you return items via an insured mail service for your protection. Please note that you will be reimbursed for return shipping if your return was a result of our error. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition for refund or exchange.
