Weather Washes Out Playoff Games

DOVER, Del. - Both the Wesley College baseball and softball teams had their Capital Athletic Conference first round playoff games washed out by inclement weather in the Dover, Delaware and Frederick, Maryland areas.

The baseball team, seeded third in the Capital Athletic Conference tournament, had its game against fourth seeded Stevenson at Bob Reed Field washed out.

Fifth seeded softball was to travel to fourth seeded Hood, but that contest was wiped out as well.

Both games are tentatively being rescheduled for Wednesday, April 14.  Softball is again slated for a 4:45 PM start.  The baseball game will begin at 12:30 PM.
