July 24, 2012DOVER, Del. – Several Wesley College student-athletes, in conjunction with the Athletic Department, took time this summer to produce a video on the school’s anti-hazing policy. -
Benedict Named To Hometown Philly First Team
July 17, 2012PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Former Wolverine Rob Benedict has been named to the Hometown Philly All-Star Team, it was announced earlier this month. A first team selection from Drexel Hill, Pa., Benedict joins seven NCAA Division I players, a Division II pitcher and four other Division III student-athletes on the First Team. -
WESLEY ANNOUNCES 2012 HALL OF FAME CLASS
June 27, 2012DOVER, Del. - Membership in Wesley College’s Athletic Hall of Fame will expand from 96 to 110 when 14 newly-elected members are inducted in a ceremony on Homecoming Weekend on October 12 at the Schwartz Center for the Arts. -
Wesley Places 63 on CAC All-Academic Team
June 27, 2012YORK, Pa. – Wesley College placed 63 student-athletes (30.0) percent on the Capital Athletic Conference All-Academic Team, it was announced by the league office Tuesday evening. To be eligible for the All-Academic Team, the student-athlete must participate in a CAC-sponsored sport and accumulate at least a 3.20 grade point average for the academic year. -
Underwood Retained As Head Baseball Coach

Trio Earns ABCA All-Region Honors
May 29, 2012DOVER, Del. - Wesley College seniors Rob Benedict, DJ Keckler and Geoff Kimmel have all been named to the American Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings 2012 All-South Region Team, it was announced. Benedict was a first team selection while Keckler and Kimmel received second team honors. -
Baseball Falls in ECAC South Final
May 20, 2012DOVER, Del. - Wesley College’s baseball team fell to Penn State-Behrend, 13-10, in the 2012 ECAC Division III South Regional Championship Game, on Sunday afternoon at Bob Reed Field. The Wolverines season comes to an end with a program-best record of 31-15. -
Baseball Advances To ECAC South Championship
May 19, 2012DOVER, Del. – A two-run home run by Morgan Rupp and a career-high 12 strikeouts by DJ Keckler helped Wesley College to a 12-3 win over Marywood University on Saturday afternoon in the ECAC South Semifinals at Bob Reed Field. The Wolverines improve to a program-best 31-14 on the season and will take on Penn State-Behrend for the ECAC South Championship at 12:00 pm on Sunday, May 20, at Bob Reed Field. -
D3Baseball.com Honors Four Wolverines
May 18, 2012DOVER, Del. - Wesley College’s Rob Benedict, Geoff Kimmel, Jon Carlson and DJ Keckler were all named to the D3Baseball.com All-South Region Team, it was announced Friday morning. Kimmel and Benedict earned first team honors, while Carlson was named to the second team and Keckler third team. -
Baseball To Host ECAC South Tournament
May 17, 2012CENTERVILLE, Mass. – Wesley College has been selected to host the 2012 ECAC Division III South Baseball Championship, the organization announced Monday morning. The Wolverines finished 30-14 on the year to earn the top seed and a first round bye into the semifinals on Saturday, May 19 at Bob Reed Field. -

This time it is outfielder Jon Carlson, after he hit .571 and led Wesley to its program-record tying 30th win of the season in games between April 30 and May 6. -
