YORK, Pa. - After leading the Wesley College Baseball team to a 4-0 weekend, sophomore second baseman Christopher Seibert was named Capital Athletic Conference Player of the Week.
Seibert was picked as the the CAC Player of the Week after batting 9-for-12 (.750) in a 4-0 week for the Wolverines that included doubleheader sweeps over Lebanon Valley and City College of New York. The second baseman finished the week with three doubles, four RBIs, six runs scored, four stolen bases and no strikeouts in his 14 plate appearances. His best game came in the Wolverines' weekend opener where he posted a 3-for-3 line with two doubles, two runs scored and a stolen base.
Wesley returns to action on Saturday, March 5 when they play host to Valley Forge for a doubleheader.
