Wesley Rated 11th by USA Today

McLEAN, Va. - The Wesley College football is ranked 11th in NCAA Division III in the USA Today Sports Weekly 2009 College Football Special Edition Preseason Top 25.
The ranking is the Wolverines highest so far this summer. Wesley was rated 15th earlier this summer by the The Sporting News.
The Wolverines' 2009 schedule features a number of squads ranked in the top 25. Wesley hosts Christopher Newport in the season opener on September 6 and the Captains are rated No. 21.
Atlantic Central Football Conference (ACFC) rival Salisbury, who visits Dr. Scott D. Miller Stadium on October 31, checked in at No. 24. Rounding out the top 25 is a Delaware Valley squad that hosts the Wolverines on September 19.
Wesley finished 2008 with a record of 9-2 and won its fourth consecutive ACFC Championship and advanced to the NCAA Division III Football Championship Second Round.
