Four Wolverines ReceiveACFC Honors
Four Wolverines were honored b y the ACFC for their performance in this past Saturday's game against Newport News Apprentice.
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Justin Sottilare (Columbia, Md./Oakland
Mills) went 7-of-11 for 170 yards and a touchdown in a little less
than half a game as Wesley defeated Apprentice School 64-7.
DEFENSE
Jeff Morgan (Vineland, N.J./Vineland) had
five tackles, three tackles for loss, two sacks and a forced fumble
as Wesley held Apprentice School to -17 yards rushing in a 64-7
win.
SPECIAL TEAMS
Dan Tryon (Wilmington, Del./Salesianum) Broke two school
records in Wesley's 64-7 win over Apprentice School. He
accounted for 14 points (eight PAT's and two field goals)
which broke his school record of 13 points the week before at
Huntingdon, Ala. Tryon also nailed a school-record 45-yard
field goal.
ROOKIE
Jeremy Keith (Centreville, Md./Queen Anne's County) had 5
Tackles 2.5 QB Sacks, one forced fumble and one pass breakup as
Wesley defeated Apprentice School 64-7.
