DOVER, Del. - The Wesley College football team moved up one place in the American Football Coaches Association Top 25 and is now ranked seventh by both the AFCA and D3football.com.

The Wolverines moved up again in the AFCA poll after a 55-0 pasting of Apprentice in which Wesley held the Builders to just 77 yards of total offense.

Two teams on the Wolverines' schedule also moved up in the polls.  Salisbury is rated 10th by D3football.com and tied for 12th in the AFCA voting.  Kean, meanwhile, checks in at No. 14 according to D3football.com and is the No. 15 team by way of the AFCA.

Wisconsin-Whitewater is the top ranked team in both sets of rankings and Mount Union follows them at No. 2 in both ratings.

Wesley faces Huntingdon (Ala.) in a key game in the race for a Pool B bid on November 12 at noon at Scott D. Miller Stadium.  The Hawks are among teams receiving votes in the D3football.com voting.
