DOVER, Del. - After catching his first career collegiate touchdown in a win against Montclair State, Wesley College football freshman Cappadonna Miller was named New Jersey Athletic Conference Offensive Rookie of the Week.
Miller earns NJAC Offensive Rookie of the Week honors after helping No. 4 Wesley remain unbeaten with a 56-22 NJAC road win at Montclair State. He notched the first receiving touchdown of his collegiate career when he scored the first points of the game on a 9-yard pitch-and-catch in the first quarter. He also contributed on special teams with a pair of tackles and two kickoff returns for a total of 39 yards. Miller is one of seven different Wolverines to record a receiving touchdown so far this season.
Miller and the fourth-ranked Wolverines will play host to NJAC rival Salisbury University on Saturday, November 7 in their final regular season home game of the season.
