DOVER, Del. - After helping the Wesley College Football team to a share of the NJAC Championship and an NCAA Tournament berth, running back E.J. Lee was named New Jersey Athletic Conference Offensive Rookie of the Week.
Lee earns NJAC Offensive Rookie of the Week honors for the fourth time this season after helping the Wolverines claim a share of the NJAC championship and the league's NCAA automatic bid with a 59-14 NJAC win over William Paterson. He averaged 4.8 yards per carry, finishing the game with 38 rushing yards on just eight attempts. The only freshman among the league's top 29 rushers, Lee currently ranks 11th overall in the league in rushing (48.9 yards per game).
