Field Hockey falls at Rowan University

GLASSBORO, N.J. – Wesley College's field hockey team fell to the Profs of Rowan University in a 6-0 game on Wednesday evening. The Profs advance to 8-3 while the Wolverines fall to 5-7.

The Profs took an early lead in just the third minute of the game on a goal from Sam Browne. This was enough to put the game out of reach for the Wolverines who would take just two shots in the game.

Sarah Daniels made five saves in the first half of the game and Kayla Fromal contributed three saves in the second half. Brooke Gannon was credited with on defensive save in the game while Rowan's Kim Pyhel was credited with two saves in the win.

The Wolverines travel to Newport News, VA on Saturday for a 12 PM start against Christopher Newport University.
