How it happened
The Wolverines now 4-2 overall, took on Albright for their first home contest of the 2019 season and came out with the win, 2-1.
The first half of the game started out slow for both Albright and Wesley with a lot of back and forth play resulting in neither team scoring until the 39th minute of the game by Wesley's Jessica Behornar unassisted, to put the Wolverines on the board 1-0.
Albright fired back just three minutes later after taking two penalty corners to tie the game 1-1.
The Wolverines gained possession again and Hannah Giaccone found the back of the net assisted by Madison Cook. The Wolverines took the lead again 2-1.
Wesley's defense held strong throughout the fourth quarter not allowing Albright to score again, ending the game 2-1.

The Wolverines now stand (4-2) overall and will travel to Arcadia on Wednesday, September 25. Game is scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. start.
