Osberg Named PING All-Mid-Atlantic

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - Wesley College junior Chris Osberg (Amherst, Va./Amherst) was chosen to the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) 2009 PING NCAA Division III All-Mid-Atlantic Region squad.

Osberg, a All-Capital Athletic Conference First Team selection each of the past two seasons, finished fourth at the 2009 CAC Championships and finished tied for second in the conference with a 77.2 scoring average.  He finished in the top 10 in seven of Wesley's 12 tournaments during the 2008-09 season.

Wesley had its string of 11 consecutive conference championships snapped in 2009, but still finished second at the CAC Championships.
