Coach McCall enters his 17th year as the Wolverines golf coach. He has brought the Wolverines from the bottom to as high as a NCAA Division III national runner-up in 2003.

The Golf Week NCAA Division III Coach of the Year in 2003, McCall has received the honors of District 2 coach of the year in 2000 and 2002 as well as Mid-Atlantic Coach of the Year in 2002.

McCall has coached the Wolverines to 11 consecutive conference titles.  His squad won the inaugural Capital Athletic Conference Championship in 2008 and won 10 straight Pennsylvania Athletic Conference Championships dating back to 1998.

The 2008 squad was Wesley's eighth team to advance to the NCAA Championships since 2000 finishing seventh as a team.  Senior Will Scarborough finished third to earn All-America honors.

His 2003 team was the NCAA Division III runner up and in 2002 Chris Noll won the NCAA Division III Championships.

McCall has created and maintained the strongest junior golf program on the East Coast and has won numerous junior golf awards both regionally and nationally. McCall has also been recognized for countless awards for promoting golf. Among these awards includes the Delaware State Golf Association Annual Golf Award (1989), Pat Knight Award for his lifetime contribution to junior golf (1993), and two Philadelphia PGA Junior Golf Awards (1995,1996). McCall also holds various posts in clubs and organizations in the Dover community.

Coach McCall is a graduate of Hellertown High School in Hellertown, Pennsylvania and a graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in History. He was named the most valuable senior on the UNC men's golf team.
