Thomas Named CAC Player of the Week

YORK, Pa. - Wesley College junior forward Rudy Thomas (Millsboro, Del./Sussex Tech) was named the Capital Athletic Conference Player of the Week after his performance in the Wolverines' season opening win.

He scored a career-high 29 points in a 90-73 win over North Carolina Wesleyan. Thomas, who had four three-point goals, three rebounds and three steals, was also credited with a career-high seven assists.

Wesley is 1-0 in 2009-10 and next travels to Bridgewater (Va.) for the Don Glick/BC Basketball Classic on November 21-22.
