DOVER, Del. - The Wesley College Men's Basketball team will look to bounce back from a tough loss on Sunday when they open their Capital Athletic Conference schedule against Marymount University on Wednesday night.

The Wolverines have opened their year with a 1-3 mark, earning their only win on the young season over Elizabethtown. The squad has been challenged so far offensively, averaging just 64.5 points per game. JW Lawson and Evan Anderson have been the team's most reliable scoring options, averaging 18.0 and 14.3 points per game respectively. However, Paul Clemons had an explosive game against Catholic on Sunday, dropping 20 points and pulling in 11 rebounds.

The Wolverines and Saints split a pair of games last season with Wesley falling on the road before avenging their loss later in the season with a home victory over the Saints. The Wolverines will look to continue their strong play at home against conference opponents. Wesley has posted a 33-12 record at home since 2012.

Marymount will look to play a slow-down halfcourt style of play against the Wolverines. The Saints average just 57.89 points per game so far this season, the fewest in the CAC. The Saints began their season with a 1-3 mark and are looking to right the ship against the Wolverines.

Sophomore guard Brandon Rogers leads the Saints in scoring with 11.8 points per game while Dmitri Rucker has averaged 10.3 as the only members of the team averaging double-digit points. Freshman Ibrahim Kamara has pulled in 5.8 rebounds per game and scored 9.5 points per game as an inside presence for the squad.

Wesley and Marymount will take the court as part of a men's and women's doubleheader at 8:00 p.m. tonight. Live stats and streaming video will be provided by the Wesley College sports information office.
