Men’s Lacrosse Falls To Washington College

DOVER, Del. – Wesley College's men's lacrosse team fell to Washington College, 20-1, on Saturday afternoon at Scott D. Miller Stadium.  The Wolverines fall to 0-4 while the Shoremen improve to 2-2.

The Maroon & Black scored the game's first 17 goals before Eric Crumbock got Wesley on the board with 46 seconds left in the third period.

Matt Ryan made six saves for the Wolverines in the first half and Sam Kennedy stopped five shots in the second half.

Jack O'Neil led Wesley with six ground balls while David Gorski pitched in with five.  O'Neil also won 8-of-20 faceoffs.  The Wolverines caused 11 turnovers on the day, led by two by Joe Donato.

Capital Athletic Conference action starts for Wesley next Saturday when it travels to Hood College for a 1pm start.
