Men’s Tennis Falls To St. Mary’s

DOVER, Del. – Wesley College's men's tennis team fell to St. Mary's (Md.), 8-1 in Capital Athletic Conference action Wednesday afternoon.  The Wolverines are now 2-4 on the season.

Patrick Aruta and Kevin Mangini gave Wesley it's lone point of the day with an 8-4 victory at No. 3 doubles.  In the sixth position, Mangini also took the opening set in his singles match, 4-6, before falling 6-2, 10-8 in the deciding frames.

Andrew Crews also battled to a third set in the fifth spot after taking the second set, 4-6.  Crews dropped the deciding set, 9-11.

The Wolverines play host to CAC rival Frostburg State on Thursday, April 5 at 3:30 pm.
