READING, Pa. - In the final tuneup before the inaugural Capital Athletic Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships, Matt Bundy took the gold in a pair of events and shattered a school record at the Albright College Invitational Saturday afternoon.

A sophomore form Media, Pa., Bundy won the 55m hurdles in 8.03.  His time was nearly a quarter-second faster than Larry Beavers' old record time of 8.27 which he notched at the 2009 Widener Invitational.  Bundy also won the 55m in 6.67, while his teammate Josh Milton finished seventh in 7.03.  Bundy also ran the opening leg of the seventh-place finishing 4x400m Relay Team along with Quincy Sanders, Korey Thompson and Anthony Green.

Thompson and Sanders also showed well in other events as the duo placed fourth and eighth, respectively in the 200m in times of 25.40 and 25.75, respectively.  Milton also placed fifth in the event in 25.61.

Todd Bockarie led the Wolverines in field events, taking bronze in the triple jump (38-7.75") and seventh in the long jump (17-5.5").

Robert McCloskey also took fifth in the weight throw with a 36' 9.5" toss.

The indoor portion of track & field season concludes on February 19 at the CAC Championships held on the campus of George Mason University in Fairfax, Va.
