McAnulty Leads Men’s Track in 1st Day at CAC Championships

YORK, Pa. – Dominic McAnulty recorded a school-record in the triple jump and took second in the prelims of the 200m Dash to lead the Wesley College men's track & field team in the first day of the Capital Athletic Conference Championships on Saturday afternoon at Graham Field.

A sophomore from Rising Sun, Md., McAnulty traveled 45' 5.0" in the triple jump for a new school-record and took second overall in the event.  McAnulty also clocked a 21.74 in the 200m Dash, winning his heat in the second-fastest time on the day.  Freshman Brandon Hunter also scored in the triple jump with a fifth place showing in 43' 8.50".

Three sophomores qualified for finals in the 100m Dash, led by DaJahn Lowery in 10.75.  Patrick Schlosser followed at 10.82 and Greg Taylor finished in 10.87.
In the hurdles, freshman Roland Attoh-Okine took 4th in 15.04 to qualify for Sunday's final while classmate Antwan Ellerbe tossed the shot put a school-record 44' 9.75".

The Wolverines return to the track Sunday morning at 10 am.
