Wesley Pack Takes 12th at Cabrini

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - Just 1:30 elapsed between Wesley's top five finishers, propelling the Wolverines to a 12th place finish at the Cabrini Invitational.

Teddy Bobola ran a 29:43 to finish 55th and lead Wesley, just as he has done in every race this season.  It was the second fastest time run by a Wolverine this season.

Colin Campo came just 19 seconds shy of breaking 30 minutes, placing 65th in 30:18.  Miguel Batiz and John Clarke finished less than a second apart.  Batiz ran a 31:48.26 to finish 76th, one place ahead of Clarke, who ran a 31:48.53.

Jeff Nickles rounded out Wesley's scorers at the 8K event, finishing 83rd in 32:13.  There were 155 total runners in the 19-team race.

The Wolverines placed ahead of four Division II squads at the meet.

Wesley runs again at the Hood Invitational on October 20.
