Wesley Races at Hood

FREDERICK, Md. - The Wesley College men's cross country team competed at the Hood Invitational on the Blazers' 8,000-meter course at Heritage Farm Park.
John Clarke (Middletown, Del./Middletown) was the 62nd scorer to cross the finish line with a time of 34:33 to lead Wesley. Terry Harens-Walgreen (Shadyside, Md./Southern) completed the race in 36:09 to finish 70th.
Doug Mullen (Ellendale, Del.), Jacob Becker (Severn, Md./Old Mill) and Kamran Karimov (Clifton, N.J./Clifton) rounded out the scoring for the Wolverines.
CAC rival York (Pa.) captured the team title with 45 points, while Wesley finished 13th. Ryan Scott of Washington & Jefferson was the individual winner in 28:04.
Wesley was getting a sneak peak at the course to be used for the CAC Championship on November 7.
