Royer hit .528 (10-19) for the week with six runs scored, five RBIs and three doubles. She slugged .684 and reached base at a .565 clip in six games in Myrtle Beach. In Wesley's 6-1 win over Rivier, Royer went a perfect 3-for-3 at the plate with two RBIs.
Royer currently ranks in top-10 in eight hitting categories in the Atlantic East Conference
Anderson earned her first collegiate win and save in four appearances for Wesley during their spring break trip to Myrtle Beach. In her win against Rivier on Thursday, she set the new Wesley single-game strikeout record with 11 strikeouts in a complete-game, four-hit performance.
Through the four games, she allowed just four earned runs while striking out 21 batters and just three walks. Anderson currently sits in the top-10 in six different pitching categories in the Atlantic East.
This is the first time either player has earned Atlantic East honors this season.
