Wolverines nearly take game from nationally ranked Salisbury
In the first game of the season, the Wolverines watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 2-1 loss to Salisbury earlier today. Salisbury scored on an error and a single in the first inning. A bright spot for the Wolverines was pitcher Dori Loukopoulos who threw a gem allowing only those two aforementioned runs while quieting the Salisbury bats the other six innings. Ariana Mirenda, Gab Monzo, Bianca Newsom and Amanda Curry each collected one hit to lead the Wolverines.

Game two also did not favor the Wolverines as they fell in five innings to TCNJ 12-0. The lone hit of game came off the bat of Miranda Kinney. The Wolverines look to bounce back with a double dip tomorrow vs. Salisbury at 1pm and Lynchburg at 3pm.
