SALISBURY, Md. - Wesley College's women's basketball team fell to Salisbury, 65-34 on Saturday night in Capital Athletic Conference action at Maggs PAC. The Wolverines are now 4-14 on the season and 2-8 in the CAC while the Sea Gulls move to 11-7 and 8-2 in league play.
Rachelle Allen led the Wolverines with nine points and she was followed by Katie Kirk with six. In her first career start, Allie Martin tallied career highs in points (four) and rebounds (six) while Heather Fuller grabbed a team-high nine rebounds.
The Wolverines, who were out shot 52.7% to 22.0%, host Washington Adventist on Monday, January 30 in a 6 pm start.
