Women’s basketball stumbles at home against Marymount

DOVER, Del. – The Wesley College women's basketball team dropped their first home game of 2018, 83-34 to the Marymount Saints in Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) action.

Monshea Newsome-Murray netted a team-high 15 points along with three assists, three rebounds and two steals. Shelby Johnson had a game-high 11 rebounds and added five points.

Stacey O'Neale tallied seven points while Tiyanna Gibbs chipped in with six points and six rebounds.

Nicole Viscuso scored 20 points and pulled down seven rebounds.

The Wolverines will return to action on Saturday when they host the Frostburg St. Bobcats in a CAC matchup. Game time is set for 1 p.m. from Wentworth Gymnasium.
