DOVER, Del. - Wesley College scored the game's first 10 goals and cruised to a 15-1 win over visiting Rosemont.
The Wolverines (2-4) led 4-0 less than six minutes in and back-to-back goals by Kaitlin Barry (Chester, N.J./Immaculata) later in the half made it 10-0.
Rosemont (0-1) got on the scoreboard with 7:03 left in the half on a goal by Chelsea Reeves. Wesley stretched the lead back to 10 at the half as a tally by Kaitlin Gorrow (Annapolis, Md./Broadneck) made it 11-1 at the break.
The Wolverines used the second half to run out the clock, adding four goals by four different players in the final 30 minutes.
Jen Jacobs (Aberdeen, Md./Aberdeen) finished with a game-high five points on three goals and a pair of assists. Alyssa Prudente (Hereford, Md./Hereford) scored once, but assisted on three other goals for four points. Nina Cornog (Wilmington, Del./Concord) dished out three assists and Barry added two goals and an assist. Katelyn Randes (Odenton, Md./Arundel) netted a pair of goals.
Jessica Franklin (Columbia, Md./Long Reach) had six ground balls and three draw controls. She also scored once.
Alyssa Batty (Chalfont, Pa./Central Bucks West) stopped a pair of shots in goal.
Ashley Conti had four ground balls and four draw controls for the Ravens, who were playing their season opener. Simone Green made four saves.
