Wolverines Fall on Senior Night

DOVER, Del. - Shenandoah jumped out to an early 2-0 and fended off a late comeback bid by Wesley College to spoil Senior Night for the Wolverinies.

Amber Womack scored for the Hornets (10-6-3) off a corner in the sixth minute and then assisted on Stormie Malik's goal nine minutes later to put Shenandoah up 2-0. 

Wesley (3-13-1) fought back in the 83rd minute when Kaitlin Barry (Chester, N.J./Immaculata) sent a corner kick into the box and Sammi Nevin (East Greenville, Pa./Upper Perkiomen) placed it into the back of the net to cut the deficit in half. 

Sydney Kahan (Cranston, R.I./Cranston) made one save for the Wolverines, while Kat Terza had one for the Hornets.
