Women's Soccer Falters at York

YORK, Pa. - Wesley College's women's soccer team fell at Capital Athletic Conference-leading York (Pa.), 4-0, on Tusday afternoon.  The Wolverines now stand at 4-9-1 and 0-5 in the CAC while the Spartans improve to 9-3-1 overall and 5-0-1 in league play.

York led by a narrow one-goal margin after the first half but scored three in the second period to put the game out of reach.

Samantha Brannigan made 12 saves in the loss for Wesley.

The Wolverines return to action on October 19 when they travel to Southern Virginia for a 11:30 am kickoff.
