DOVER, Del. – Junior midfielder Janiah Moore was named to the All-Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) Second Team for the third time in her career on Thursday.

Moore recorded 10 goals and four assists to total of 24 points on the season. She tied for the team lead in all three categories for the Wesley women's soccer team with teammate Aleya Cummings. Moore tied for fourth in the CAC in assists and tied for fifth in the conference in goals and points.

She netted game-winning goals against Immaculata on Sept. 6 and Rosemont on Sept. 9.

Moore is currently tied for third in career goals (29) and fourth in career points (68) in Wesley's record book.

Moore picked up All-CAC Second Team honors in 2015 and 2016.

"Janiah has put in so much time and hard work into her game," said head coach Ed Muntz. From the spring season to arriving at camp, Janiah made a commitment to prepare for this season. She makes everyone around her better and is a special talent that keeps elevating her game."
