LANCASTER, Pa. - Wesley College junior forward Mackenzie Forsythe and freshman goalkeeper Isabelle Fabris were named Atlantic East Conference Players of the Week, as announced by the conference on Monday.
Forsythe collects her second Atlantic East Offensive Player of the Week award of the season after netting five goals in Wesley's two conference wins last week. Forsythe has tallied two or more goals in four of the last five games. She currently leads the conference in points (29) and goals (14).
Fabris earned her second Atlantic East Defensive Player of the Week award in 2018 after tallying 23 saves and only allowing one goal during her time in net last week. Fabris recorded 16 saves in Wesley's 3-1 win over Marywood on Saturday, which set a new career-high. She currently leads the conference in saves per game (7.67), second in total saves (69) and fifth in goals-against average (1.902).
