How it happened

The Wolverines took on Eastern in a home contest Saturday, September 14th that went into double overtime after both teams found themselves tied 1-1 after 90 minutes of regulation play. Eastern found the back of the net only 15 minutes into the first half. It would not be until the 83rd minute of the game that Emily Caldarelli found the net, unassisted. This brought the game into overtime. 

Neither team scored during the first OT but then Easterns Zoe Galvin scored one minute into the second overtime to end the game.
