Volleyball Drops CAC Finale to St. Mary’s

DOVER, Del. – Wesley College's volleyball team dropped its CAC finale to St. Mary's, 3-0 (25-18, 25-21, 25-11) on Saturday afternoon at the Pitts Center.  The Wolverines fall to 11-15 overall and 1-8 in the CAC while the Seahawks move to 16-9 on the year and 5-4 in league play.

Tionne Graves-Brown led Wesley with seven kills while Jessica Tynes added six, along with four from Codi Ziolkowski and three from Tatum Jones.  Ziokowski also was credited with eight assists which was second to Beth Schlecker's ten while Graves-Brown's six digs were just behind Meghan Marshall's team-high eight digs.

The Seahawks got nine kills apiece from Mandy Goodspeed and Jenahye' Johnson.

The Wolverines close out the season against Washington Adventist on Sunday, November 2 at 2 pm.  Senior Rachel Hausler will be honored pregame for playing in her final match at Wesley.
