  • Wesley Holds 2012-13 Senior Honors Banquet

    Sosthene Kapepula of the football team was named the Wesley College Male Athlete of the Year while field hockey/golf's Madison Leone and five-sport athlete Tristin Burris shared Female Athlete of the Year honors, it was announced at the Annual Senior Honors Banquet held at the Outdoor Amphitheater on campus Wednesday night.
  • Burris Honored By CAC Once Again

    For the second time this season, Wesley College’s Tristin Burris has been named the Capital Athletic Conference Cross Country Athlete of the Week. Competing against all Division I and II teams at the DSU Hornet Invitational, Burris placed seventh overall out of 54 runners for her first top ten finish this year.

  • Burris Named CAC Runner of the Week

    Wesley College's Tristin Burris has been named the Capital Athletic Conference Women's Cross Country Athlete of the Week, it was announced by the league office Tuesday afternoon. This is the first time this season that the honor has been bestowed upon the Camden, Del., native, and the fourth time in her career.

    Senior Tristin Burris finished 11th overall against all Division I and Division II programs as the Wesley College women’s cross country team opened its 2012 season at the Delaware State University Invitational on Friday afternoon. Burris’ time of 21:05.89 missed the top ten by just over a second.
  • Kimes Tabbed To Lead Cross Country & Track Programs

    After leading Carver Vo-Tech High School in Baltimore to back-to-back Maryland 1A Indoor and Outdoor Track & Field State Championships in 2010 and 2011, Stephen Kimes has been named the new cross country and track & field head coach at Wesley College, Athletic Director Mike Drass announced on Tuesday.

    DOVER, Del. - Wesley College's fall sports teams have finalized their schedules for the 2012 season. The Wolverines' 2012-13 sports season commences on August 31 as Ed Muntz' women's soccer program hosts Cedar Crest at 7:00 pm at Scott D. Miller Stadium.
