Baseball bows out of AEC tournament
After a game one victory on Tuesday against Neumann, The Wolverines drop their next two games in the Atlantic East Tournament closing out the 2021 campaign.

The Wolverines took on Marymount Wednesday and fell 18-4. The score of that game remained 0-0 until the 3rd inning when Marymount tacked on 14 runs on 7 walks to put the game out of reach. The Wolverines did field a rally in the 5th inning putting together a 4 run effort. Offensively Wesley was lead by Justin Blunt with 2 hits and Jacob Miesel who had two RBI's.

In the 3rd game of the tournament Wesley took on the Immaculata Mighty Macs. The Macs plated two runs 3 runs in the 2nd inning but the Wolverines would not go away quietly plating 2 runs of their own in the 3rd. Dustin Sutton tripled down the right field line scoring Blunt followed by a Miesel double scoring Sutton. The Macs tacked on 7 more runs before Sam Courtney grounded out to the second baseman scoring Blunt in the top of the 8th. That would be the last run for either team as the Wolverines dropped the game 10-3. Blunt was 3-4 on the day and Darin Matthews was 2-4.

This was the last Wesley College Athletics game in school history. Stay tuned for continued updates regarding alumni events in the future. Dub Nation Out!
