Women's 4x400 Relay Breaks School-Record in Back-to-Back Meets

DOVER, Del. - Wesley College's women's track & field team competed in a couple final qualifying meets over Mother's Day weekend in hopes to qualify for the NCAA Outdoor Championships later this month.  


The women's 4x400 Relay set a school-record at Coppin State on Friday afternoon with a 3:50.91 but shaved over six tenths off that time on Monday as Angel Hall, Quadira Minus, Elizsha Streeter and Danae Carter clocked a 3:50.28 at Swarthmore on Monday.  The relay sits 13th in NCAA Division III.


Also at Swarthmore, the 4x100 Relay of Kameko Webb, Streeter, Hall and Ashley Morris finished in 49.10.


The Wolverines will compete at the Salisbury Last Chance on May 15 in their final meet before the National Championships on May 21-23.
